When anti-oxidant meets pro-biotic the end result is a healthy Cranberry Yakult Shake. Cranberries are a rich source of anti-oxidant, whilst Yakult is a well know pro-biotic which contains the L. Casei Shirota strain (LcS). LcS are know to improve and strengthen the immune system and improve digestive problems.

For this shake we have used organic dried cranberries. Cranberries are super foods which are loaded with various vitamins and nutrients and are know to prevent various illnesses.

Cranberry Yakult Shake

A quick and Super Healthy Shake

  • 1 Bowl Dried Cranberries
  • 1 Bottle Yakult
  • Ice (As required.)
  1. Add the cranberries to a blending Jar l along-with the water used for soaking the dried berries. 

  2. Blend the cranberries to a thick juice. Now add the Yakult to the juice and blend it again. 

  3. Your Cranberry Yakult Juice is ready to be served. Add a couple of ice cubes to chill the shake.
