Step Four: Now add all the powdered spices as mentioned in the ingredients list and as show in the image above. Saute on low heat for a minute or so.
Step 5: Once the masalas are cooked, add in the chopped tomatoes and cook untill the tomatoes become soft and mushy. See image below.
Step Six: Now add in the chopped capcisum and saute for another minute. We are adding the capsicum now as we dont it to stay a bit crisp when the dish is finally ready. If we add it at the beginning, it will turn soft and dissolve in the curry.
