Prawns Rava Fry is another quick way to cook this juicy and sweet fish. Some call it Manglorean Prawns Fry while some link it to the Indian State of Goa. However, we at Khaan Paan India associate it with a food enthusiasts kitchen. That is where such master pieces originate from.
Marinated in chilli and turmeric powder, Prawns Rava Fry takes very little time to cook. In the villages of south India, a paste is made with Red chillies, Green Chillies, Ginger, Garlic, and lemon juice. The prawns are marinated in this mixture and later coated with Rava before deep frying. We have cooked this a bit differently with minimum ingredients.
