Maggi is everyone’s favourite. A go-to snack for quick hunger pangs to late night cravings. So we decided to experiment a bit and topped up the pizza base with Maggi itself to turn it into a Maggi Pan Pizza. It turned out to be simply amazing. Lets quickly see what all we need for this quick snack.
If you like spicy sauces, we would recommend Nandos Sauces. There are a variety of sauces and you can select based on the spice level you prefer. The “Extra Spicy” sauces can really get your tounge on fire. So select the sauces wisely.
Cheese Maggi Pan Pizza
- 1 Packet Maggi (Cooked the regular way)
- 1 Pizza Base (You can find this in any supermarket & if you are diet conscious you have the whole wheat option)
- 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese (Grated)
- 3 Teaspoons Pizza Sauce
- 1/2 Cup Capsicum (Chopped)
- 1/2 Cup Onions (Chopped)
- 1/2 Cup Tomato (Chopped)
- Few Olives
- Oregano, Chilly Flakes, Salt & Pepper (As per taste and garnishing)
Start by cooking the Maggi the regular way and keep it aside to cool down.
Meanwhile take the Pizza base and apply some pizza sauce all over it. Now add the Maggi on top. Spread it evenly.
Now throw in the chopped vegetables i.e. Capsicum, Onions, Tomatoes and Olives.
Grate some generous amount of cheese over the top.
Take a flat frying pan, place the Pizza base and cover with a lid. Cook in on a low flame.
Keep checking the base in-between so that it doesn’t over cook.
Once the base has a Light brown color, take it off the heat.
Cut into the desired pieces and serve with sauce of your choice.
