So here’s a post after a longtime. Not a great time as we all are locked down in our homes fighting out COVID19. We sincerely hope that you all are in great health while reading this.
On the positive side, what better time than this to learn something new, to do something you never did. Lets tick a few things from our bucket list. For me it is all about learning and trying new recipes. If it turns out good, you read it. If it doesn’t, I try again.
As we are unable to eat out and enjoy street food, I decided to cook the Big Daddy of street food – The mighty PAV BHAJI.
So lets take a look at what all it needs to make the perfect, thela style Pav Bhaji.
PS: We would not be adding synthetic food colour, hence the pav bhaji won’t be as red as we find it on the streets, but that would do no harm to the taste.
